Other Shale Plays

Haynesville Shale
Operations in the Haynesville are conducted through
Twin Cities Development. The Haynesville Shale, located in Northwest Louisiana, was recently discovered by Chesapeake Energy. The Haynesville Shale could mean a great economic benefit to local communities and surrounding areas due to the employment opportunities being created by the oil and gas industry, payments to mineral owners and taxes paid to local and state governments. Twin Cities is currently leasing mineral rights in Caddo and Bossier Parishes. To learn more, visit www.twincitiesdev.com.

Marcellus Shale
In the Marcellus Shale, operations are conducted through,
Dale Property Services Penn. The Marcellus Shale, located throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia and New York, may be one of the richest natural gas fields in the country. Estimated to hold 50 trillion or more cubic feet of recoverable gas, the Marcellus Shale is becoming a key contributor to the country’s natural gas production and to reducing our dependence on foreign energy sources. Dale Property Services Penn is currently leasing oil and gas rights in Southwestern Pennsylvania in Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland Counties.
